Mainland UK & Northern Ireland delivery (excluding Channel Islands)
We have a standardised delivery and packing service for all orders over £39 delivery is FREE OF CHARGE. All orders over £39 are charged at £2.50 per delivery address.
We aim to prepare your order within one working day of receipt and deliver your goods within the following 5 working days. However, unseen delays do occur and we wiull contact you should such circumstances occur. On some occasions, products may be out of stock, in which case your order will either be part-shipped, including advice on when the rest of the order will be despatched.
Express Delivery (Mainland UK only, excluding the Highlands and BFPO)
For an extra £5 we will send your order to arrive the next working day. This only applies to orders made before 12.30pm. Express orders placed after 12.30pm on a Friday or over the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday before 12.30pm will be delivered the following Monday.
Overseas Orders (including Channel Islands & Republic of Ireland)

Bulky items Certain products are dispatched direct from manufacturer and are marked as such. These incur an additional postal fee.

For every £1 that you spend you will receive 1 Bonus Point. Each bonus point equates to 1p, therefore when you spend £100 you get £1 in bonus points. Bonus Points can be exchanged for items, simply enter the site and log into Your Account to check or use your points.
Trade descriptions
Whilst every effort is made to ensure photography, descriptions and details are accurate, slight differences in colours and textures may occur and manufacturers’ product specifications may change slightly after going to press.

All of your transactions are secure. Our secure server encrypts all of your personal information (including name, address, credit card number) so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Our Guarantee
If a product does not meet with your satisfaction, please return the items within 14 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase prices. Returned items must be unused/unopened and in their original packaging. Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods,where your statutory rights are unaffected,this returns policy does not apply to personalised goods or items such as underwear, lingerie, personal grooming products, toiletries and perishable goods. You will be expected to incur the delivery and packaging charge of any returned item.
